In terms of hardware, it looks a lot like the Minix Neo X7 or Rikomagic MK902, but what might set it apart is about the software.

The Xtreamer device comes with XBMC media center and features support for Apple Airplay technology with the Airpin app for Android, features the CheapCast app which lets you use the it as a Chromecast, and it supports DLNA and Miracast wireless display technology.

It also has DroidMot Server, letting you use your Android smartphone or tablet as a remote control. AirDroid lets you manage data on your device from a PC, and PushBullet software lets you see your phone’s notifications on your TV.

The device also comes pre-rooted, with ClockworkMod Recovery installed.

The Xtreamer Multi-Console has a Rockchip RK3188 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI, 10/100 Ethernet, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and an SD card slot. It comes with a wireless air mouse.

You can pick one up for 129 Euros (about $176)… or you can pretty much build your own buy installing an awful lot of apps on a cheaper Android TV box.
